OREANDA-NEWS. November 22, 2013. Agreements on free access to pipeline transportation and free trade in services within the Commonwealth of Independent States should be signed in 2014 under the presidency of Ukraine in the CIS.

Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said this to reporters in St. Petersburg.

"This is not an express train schedule. Of course, there may be changes in the timing, but these changes should not be spread in years. I believe that in 2014 all the agreements should be implemented," Mykola Azarov noted.

He considers that Ukraine's chairmanship in the CIS has become an effective incentive for signing these agreements.
