OREANDA-NEWS.  Bucharest (Romania) hosted “Romania Oil and Gas 2013” conference with organization of Romania Energy Center, UK Trade and Investment Fund, and World Energy Council and with financial support of Chevron, Schlumberger, and Weatherford on November 19th-20th.

Speaking at the conference, CEO of SOCAR Romania Hamza Karimov briefed on large-scale investment projects of SOCAR and the role of these projects in provision of European energy security. As he said, cooperation in energy field will contribute to the establishment of long-term relations between the nations. The conference attendees were informed on TAP, TANAP, BTC, and BTE projects as well.
