The stable outlook means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term. The Bank used to have rating A, which means high credit solvency, with the stable outlook.

Strong competitive standing on the Russian banking market, the broad business geography and good liquidity still support the Bank rating. High business profitability and good securities portfolio quality also have a positive impact on the rating.

'Expert RA' analysts highlight the moderately high share of loans with the debt past due by more than 90 days and the significant share of individuals' money in liabilities as the key rating-restraining factors.
