OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2013. A delegation of leading professionals of JSC "Ozenmunaigas" headed by Atkoshchy Ketebaev, Deputy Director General for Personnel and Social Affairs, visited TATNEFT Company.

The delegation including heads of departments of oil and gas production and transport, as well as personnel management and staff development, got familiarized with the activities of JSC TATNEFT.

In the course of a three-days' working visit the representatives of the Kazakhstan oil company met with the management of JSC TATNEFT and discussed the positive experience of the Company in both production and economic and administrative activities, got acquainted with the Company's personnel training system and the system of  working with the staff.

The guests from the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the industrial and social facilities of TATNEFT, they visited the Almetyevsk State Oil Institute, Almetyevsk polytechnic college, as well as training grounds of NGDU "Elkhovneft" and the Personnel Training Center of JSC TATNEFT, which deals with training and qualification implementation of workers and professionals of the oil/gas producing and refining industry.

According to the guests the meeting with the representatives of the Company at various sites and facilities went on at a good business level with professional conversations and discussions of concerns taking place.
