OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2013. On the eve of the winter season and Christmas and New Year holidays Rietumu Bank has supplemented and extended the electronic version of its original guidebook for Riga and Jurmala – Rietumu Guide .

The ‘winter’ version includes a comprehensive show bill of cultural, advertising and festive events of the season, as well as a chapter devoted to opportunities for active winter recreation.

The updated chapters supplement the second edition of the Rietumu Guide, which was released for the start of ‘the high season’ at the Gulf of Riga resort. Rietumu Guide 2013 recommends the best hotels, restaurants, active recreation places and cultural events for guests of Latvia.

A separate chapter of the guidebook is dedicated to the Jurmala platinum class credit card which was presented on the market by Rietumu Bank this summer. The card, which provides its holders with special privileges and offers at deluxe category places in Riga and Jurmala, has won high popularity among Rietumu Bank customers who spend the summer, or live here permanently.
 
The summer edition of the Rietumu Guide aroused much interest among guests of Latvia – its first press run was distributed within two weeks and then an additional run was released.

The winter version of the Rietumu Guide can be viewed on the bank’s website; it is also available for downloading as an application for smart phones and iPad.
