OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2013. SITA, a SUEZ Environnement subsidiary, and the Nicollin Group have signed an agreement regarding the sale of the 36% interest that SITA held in the Nicollin Group.

SITA, which had partnered the Nicollin Group’s development since 1992, has confirmed the priority focus of its strategy on waste recovery businesses. The Nicollin Group, a major player in the collection and treatment of household and industrial waste, street cleaning, and industrial cleaning sectors, is continuing to expand its businesses.

SITA and Nicollin praised the quality of the partnership between both companies, and expressed
their intention to continue their collaboration.
