The conservative pension asset investment structure, the conservative pension provision placement structure and the moderately high accrued profitability from placement of pension provisions also had a positive impact on 'National PPF' rating.

The highly risky structure of PSA placement, the poor risk management system and low diversification of pension assets by management companies were regarded as the rating-restraining factors.
