OREANDA-NEWS. The order book was closed for a government bond issue by the Tula Region (government registration number RU34003TUL0 from November 12, 2013).

The overall demand for the bonds was more than RUB 8.8 bln whereas the offering totaled RUB 5 bln. The issuer made the decision to accept 21 investor bids worth a total of RUB 5 bln. The technical settlements for the issuance will take place on the MICEX on November 21, 2013. The issuer set the coupon rate at 7.98% annually, which corresponds to a yield of 8.22% annually. Maturity - 3.5 years (1,274 days) from the date of sale.
