OREANDA-NEWS. Uralkali (LSE: URKA; the Company) notes the press release by ONEXIM Group (“Onexim”) earlier today disclosing that ONEXIM has agreed to buy a 21.75% stake in Uralkali currently owned by the Suleyman Kerimov Foundation with completion of the acquisition expected shortly.

Uralkali is not party to these sale and purchase arrangements.
