OREANDA-NEWS. Concentra, a City Service group company in Spain, has signed agreements on municipal housing management with Malaga and Asturia municipalities. These are first agreements of Concentra regarding residential property servicing. Up to now Concentra provided services for commercial, industrial and public facilities. After becoming part of City Service group, a very important direction was added to the strategy of this company, that is expansion in residential housing market in Spain.

This market is very fragmented and we see excellent perspectives to consolidate it, stated Jonas Janukлnas, General Director of City Service. Concentra will provide technical maintenance and management services for approximately 7000 apartment (more than 300 thousand sq. m.), value of the signed agreements is EUR 700 thousand. Concentra holds over 4.8 million sq. meters of facilities under its management, with 1600 employees. The company provides services in Central (Madrid), Southern (Seville), Eastern (Valencia) and Northern (Barcelona) regions of Spain. Facility management market in Spain accounts for EUR 17 billion. It is 5th largest market in Europe.
