January 01 (Wednesday) - New Year's Day

March 03 (Monday) - Carnival

March 04 (Tuesday) - Carnival

April 18 (Friday) - Good Friday

April 21 (Monday) - Tiradentes Day

May 01 (Thursday) - Labor Day

June 19 (Thursday) - Corpus Christi Day

July 09 (Wednesday) - The Constitutional Battle of 1932 (state holiday)

November 20 (Thursday) - Black Consciousness Day

December 24 (Wednesday) - Christmas Eve

December 25 (Thursday) - Christmas Day

December 31 (Wednesday) - New Year's Eve

The holiday calendar may be adapted or changed over the year. Should this occur, BM&FBOVESPA will promptly communicate any such changes to its participants.

At an opportune time there will be the publication of measures regarding the 2014 FIFA World Cup (Law 12.663/2012). The Federal Government may declare a national holiday on the days on which there is a game with the Brazilian Team. The Federal District, States and Municipalities that will host the events may also declare public or public sector holidays on days on which there are games in their territory.
