OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2013. Tallinn University of Technology has signed an agreement with Mitsubishi Motors Corporation for efficiency and consumer behavior studies concerning electric cars.

Researchers will study the use of 450 electric cars used by Estonian state and local officials that were acquired from Mitsubishi in 2012. Estonia also recently opened a nationwide network of electric car charging stations.

The research group will be led by an instructor from the university's informatics institute, Innar Liiv, who specializes in IT, data mining and information visualization.
