OREANDA-NEWS. November 14, 2013. Sviaz-Bank met its obligations to buy back its Series BO-01 bonds. It bought back 1,355,726 bonds within the option framework. On the same day, it sold 315,000 bonds back to the market.

The securities were bought back at 100% of their par value.

Sviaz-Bank placed its first three-year issue of exchange-traded bonds by public subscription to raise 5 billion rubles on the MICEX Stock Exchange on November 1, 2012. Sviaz-Bank acted as issue placement organizer and agent.
