Mr. Qian Guijing, full time vice-chairman of China Light Industry League and headman of No.3 group of site review panel of work commission member of 3rd China Industry Top Prize; Mr. Jin Shanzhong, chairman of Shanxi Province Industry Economic Joint Association, member of 3rd China Industry Top Prize Review Committee and vice-headman of No.3 group of site review and other experts visited and reviewed TISCO at site. Mr. Li Xiaobo, TISCO Chairman, Mr. Gao Xiangming, president of TISCO Group Co., and Mr. Zhang Zhifang, president of TISCO Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. as well as Mr. Han Zhentang, chief accountant of TISCO Group Co., and other related directors and managers attended the review meeting.
      
After watching TV series about TISCO, Li Xiaobo made a speech titled “Competitive Products Base and Greening TISCO” and introduced TISCO by taking the new industrialization road and focusing on TISCO’s development and strategic objective and “Six Advantages” of process equipment, science and technology innovations, variety quality, production chain, green development and management innovation, and he said through dozens of years’ development that TISCO’s own enterprise culture has been cultivated, which promoted the enterprise achieving set goal at high speed. The greening manufacturing mode of energy saving and environment protection is applied at TISCO in a bit to strengthen the sustainable development of enterprise, and the stainless steel products characterized by energy saving, longevity and high efficiency facilitated social low carbon and green development, and ceaseless perfect internal circulation and economic chain of enterprise is transformed into city big circulation, and the model of steel works and urban living together harmoniously is set up.       
 
Mr. Qian Guijing said that TISCO has lucid strategic development objective and competitive edge, especially there is a complete of high efficient circulation economic chain in TISCO, impressed deeply. Besides, TISCO is characterized by refining management supported by informatization, innovative management mechanism and team.
      
Mr. Jin Shanzhong said that TISCO is a dragon enterprise of Shanxi Province and science and technology innovation and leading the fast development of enterprise is one of TISCO features and TISCO’s variety quality, energy saving and environment protection is also the model of same industry filed, making greater contributions to national economy and development.
      
All the experts from the panel reaffirmed the achievements made by TISCO and were considerably affected by results in industrialized field, and at the same time, experts held talks and exchanged concrete issues with TISCO leaders and some good proposals were put forward.
      
The experts went to visit Precision Steel Strip Company; desulphurization and denitration process of 450m2 sintering machine; 4350m3 blast furnace; north zone of Steelmaking Plant NO.2; 2250mm production line of Hot Strip Mill; width rolling mill of stainless steel; Technology Center; Stainless Steel Pipe Mill and Stainless Steel Industrial Park.
