OREANDA-NEWS. November 12, 2013. Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) paid interest on the first coupon of its Series BO-02 bonds (issue identification number 4B020201470B of September 6, 2012).

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 8.6% per annum, or 43 rubles 12 kopecks per bond. A total of 215,600,000 rubles was paid out in coupon interest.

Sviaz-Bank offered its three-year second issue of exchange-traded bonds to raise 5 billion rubles by public subscription on the MICEX Stock Exchange on April 29, 2013.

Sviaz-Bank is the offering organizer and placement agent, with BK REGION and OTKRYTIYE Bank/NOMOS-BANK acting as issue co-organizers.
