Sviaz-Bank Launches Telephone Information Service for Cardholders
OREANDA-NEWS. November 12, 2013. Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has launched an Autoinformer telephone self-service system for its cardholding customers. From now on, a customer can call the Bank’s Contact Center and ask for an update on their card payment limit automatically, without making connection to a Contact Center consultant.
The calling customer may also inquire about the limits on his master and backup cards, on the credit limit, and liabilities due on his cards.
“Automation of standard service calls will help the Bank to slash costs of routine operations and center on matters of far larger significance to customers. On their part, customers can obtain information about their card accounts without waiting to get through to the operator, which will save them a lot of time,” said Sergey Chetverov, Director of Sviaz-Bank’s Remote Sales and Customer Service Department. “The option we have made will help us to lengthen the list of automated customer services in the future.”
The Bank’s new service has been developed on the basis of the Voice Portal product from Avaya Company, the world leader in the market for corporate communication systems.
Connection to the new system is free of charge for all holders of the Bank’s cards.
To use the new service, a customer has to dial either of the Contact Center’s two phone numbers, 8800200 23 03 or (495) 580-00-80, push the tone button, and follow voice instructions.
