OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2013. The Head of FAS Department for Control over the Authorities, Vladimir Mishelovin, took part in “GOSGARANT 2013” All-Russian Conference, organized at the IV Congress of Non-Commercial Organizations of Russia.

Speaking at the plenary session, Vladimir Mishelovin informed participants that the Antimonopoly Service undertakes efforts to create favorable conditions for entrepreneurial activities on the markets in the social sphere, particularly, by improving the antimonopoly rules and by other methods under the Strategy for developing competition and antimonopoly regulation in the Russian Federation for 2013- 2024.

Vladimir Mishelovin also focused on a draft regional standard for competition development, being devised in accordance with the Road Map for “Developing Competition and Improving the Antimonopoly Policy”. He pointed out at the special role of non-commercial organizations in determining the target indicators designed to develop competition on the socially important regional markets and in monitoring efficiency of implementing the regional standard.
