High diversification by lines of business and the conservative policy of investing pension assets as of June 30, 2013, had a positive impact on the 'Atomgarant' PPF rating. The conservative structure of investing the property for statutory activities, the moderately high profitability from placing pension provisions in the period from December 31, 2009, to June 30, 2013, and moderately high diversification of pension provisions by management companies were also typical of the Foundation. In addition, excellent business processes, the high risk management level and high information transparency were highlighted as positive factors.

Low capital adequacy as of June 30, 2013, low ratio of the insurance provision to the pension liabilities provision and insufficiently high accrued profitability under obligatory pension insurance for the period from December 31, 2009, to June 30, 2013, were regarded as the rating-restraining factors.
