OREANDA-NEWS. November 08, 2013. As it was informed in the National Bureau of Statistics, prices of the plant growing production for 9 months of 2013 decreased by 19.2 % compared to the same period of the last year, while prices of the livestock products declined by 5.4%.

During this period, prices have significantly fallen for: sunflower - by 27.8 %, wheat - by 19.2 %, fruits and berries - by 17.2 %, grapes - by 16.5 % and vegetables - by 3.4 %.

The eggs prices decreased by 13.7 %, beef - by 13.7 % and poultry (live weight) – by 4.6 %. At the same time, prices of potatoes increased by 2.2 times, maize - by 23.1 %, milk - by 5.5 %.

It can be reminded that in 2012 prices of agricultural products in Moldova increased by 17.7%.
