OREANDA-NEWS. OMZ-Foundry Manufacture, a part of OMZ Group, won the tender on delivery of traverse for JSC Vyksa Steel Works.

More than 100 tons mechanical treatment traverse will be produced for wheel mill moulding machine of the Vyksa Steel Works railway wheels division.

This contract is the first experience of cooperation experience between OMZ-Foundry Manufacture and Vyksa Steel Works. The production department №38, a part of OMZ-FM, already has an experience of successful work with this customer. In 2006 the department produced an over 120 tons housing for Vyksa Steel Works. OMZ-Foundry Manufacture expressed hope for this contract to be the beginning of perspective cooperation between the companies.

JSC Vyksa Steel Works is the largest Russian producer of longitudinally electro-welded pipes of different diameter for extraction and transportation of oil and gas, building industry as well as housing and public utilities.
