On 30 October, 2013, pursuant to the issuance documents of non-convertible interest-bearing certificated bearer bonds with compulsory centralized storage, callable upon request of the owners and at the Issuer's discretion, in BO-02 series, identity number 4B020203261V of 03.11.2011, Vneshprombank Ltd. discharged its obligations on bonds redemption from investors.

The agent in the bonds redemption process was the issuer, Vneshprombank Ltd. As a result, investors submitted bonds for redemption for a total amount of 464,122,000.00 rubles. We remind readers that the exchange-traded bonds of BO-02 series were placed on 26 October, 2012, and in February 2013 they were included in the “A” Quotation List of MICEX Stock Exchange CJSC.
