OREANDA-NEWS. November 06, 2013. In light of the recent Press reports on the on-going legal suit by Momoto Sdn Bhd (Momoto) against PETRONAS’ subsidiary PETRONAS Technical Services Sdn Bhd, PETRONAS would like to make the following statement:
 
PETRONAS confirms that a law suit was filed by Momoto against PETRONAS Technical Services Sdn Bhd in the Kuala Lumpur High Court on 29 July 2013.
 
As the dispute is pending before the Courts, PETRONAS expect all parties to respect the legal process and allow such process to take its due course.  Statements made on the merits of the on-going legal suit are inappropriate and have legal consequences.
 
PETRONAS and PETRONAS Technical Services Sdn Bhd reserve all rights, including taking necessary legal action, against any party making any inaccurate, prejudicial, or defamatory statements on the dispute.
