OREANDA-NEWS. Renaissance Capital, the leading emerging markets investment bank, has appointed Ozlem Turgay as Equity Sales at its Istanbul office. Ms Turgay will be responsible for marketing the Firm's local capabilities to both domestic & international clients. She will report to Benjamin Samuels, Managing Director, Global Head of Equities at Renaissance as well as Burak Akbulut, Managing Director, Head of Execution Turkey.

Ms Turgay joins Renaissance Capital from Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Istanbul, where she has worked in Turkish equity sales for the past four years, and also in various positions in Istanbul and New York over 2006 to 2009. She also worked for Garanti Securities (Turkey) in Turkish equity sales, and holds a Bachelor of Science qualification from Georgetown University, in Washington DC.
