Verizon’s cloud solution offers the security, flexibility and scalability THECALLR needs to expand its business around the globe.

Based in Paris and New York, THECALLR’s call-tracking and marketing-automation services are targeted at companies that use voice services as a channel to market, for example, those in the banking, retail and debt recovery sectors.  THECALLR had historically co-located its IT infrastructure at third-party data centers in Paris. However, given the company’s rapid growth, this model was proving inflexible, as well as costly and complex to maintain. THECALLR therefore decided to take a new approach.
