In accordance with the decision made by the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia (protocol of meeting No. 23 of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia dated October 25, 2013), Cherkizovo Group’s BO-04 series bonds (4B02-04-10797-A, RU000A0JTU93) were listed on the Bank of Russia Lombard List.

Admission of the securities to inclusion in the Lombard List is a testament to confidence in their issuer, as the securities went through a stringent selection process by the Bank of Russia. In turn, this inclusion will promote the bonds’ liquidity on the secondary market and stimulate additional demand for them, as well as make them a more attractive investment and widen the investor base.
