Hereby BTA Bank JSC (hereinafter - Bank) kindly notifies that according to the recommendations of the Committee on Appointments, Remuneration and Social Matters of the Board of Directors of the Bank, on October 29, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Bank took the following resolutions:

To early terminate powers of the First Acting Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank Askhat Beisenbayev at the employer's initiative as from October 29, 2013.

To elect Viktor Romanyuk as the Managing Director, Member of the Management Board of the Bank, as from October 30, 2013, for the period of one year.

To elect Zhuldyz Akhmetkaliyeva as the Managing Director, Member of the Management Board of the Bank, as from November 4, 2013, for the period of one year.
