OREANDA-NEWS. During reporting period an active work on connection of new subscribers to telephony services continued on telecommunication networks. Number of fixed lines in Kazakhtelecom networks of 1 October 2013 composed 4 058 759 units, including municipal telecommunication network (MTN) - 2 910 851 units, rural (RTN) - 1 147 908 units.

Density of telephones as per 100 residents composed 24,34 numbers, MTN- 31,94 numbers, RTN- 15,18 numbers.

As of 01.10.2013 local Kazakhtelecom network was represented by 5 574 switch points, MTN -2 737, RTN- 2 837.

Level of digitization by mounted number capacity composed 97,78%. On MTN this index composed 97,73%, RTN - 97,91%.

On Kazakhtelecom networks a work on free number capacity performed. During 9 months 2013 175 512 installations of telephones was made, on municipal network- 122 770 units, and on rural- 52 742 units.

For reporting period 99,8% (7 380) schools have been telephonized, including 99,8% (5 768) rural schools. 96,5% (7 108) schools connected to internet, including 96% (5 534) schools in rural area.

According to preliminary data, consolidated incomes received from realization of services by results of 9 months 2013 composed 137 801 million tenge or 106,1% against to the previous year.

For reporting period company held some measures on improvement of services characteristics to internet connection for active development of Kaznet, speed growth (without changing level of payment). Thus, from 01.06.2013 rates to broadband access reduced for operators by tariff plans "Unlimited" to 67%, "considering traffic" to 50%. From 01.07.2013 access speed to external resources grew 2 times by tariff plan "MegalineHit/LightOptima" (from 1 Mbit/s to 2 Mbit/s). Also rates to attachment to telecommunication network reduced on trunk level of IP and Internet telephony equipment to 26%.
