NSD Appoints Sergei Putyatinsky as IT Director
OREANDA-NEWS. Sergei Putyatinsky has been appointed IT Director of National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia’s central securities depository. In his new role, Mr. Putyatinsky will be responsible for development of information technologies in line with the company’s IT strategy.
Sergei Putyatinsky has worked in the IT business for more than 10 years. From 2001 to 2007 he worked at the Computer Center of the Saratov State University. From 2007 to 2008 he was deputy chief of the Platform Solutions Department of the Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development. From 2009 to 2012 Mr. Putyatinsky worked as Business Development Director at Neoflex CJSC and coordinated major projects relating to the automation of bank operations, including implementation of front and middle office systems, accounting systems and integrated solutions. Prior to joining NSD Mr. Putyatinsky, as Vice President and Deputy CIO of OTKRITIE Bank, worked on optimizing the bank’s IT division structure after a number of M&A transactions, elaborating the processes of interactions between the IT division and businesses and developing the outsourcing practice.
Mr. Putyatinsky graduated from the Saratov State University named after Chernyshevsky with a specialty in IT and Computer Science.
