OREANDA-NEWS. In October 2013, “Transneft” AK” OJSC executed a determination issued by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia). Following the warning, the company concluded a contract with “TERRIGEN” Ltd. for oil transportation services through the main pipelines.

At the beginning of September 2013, FAS issued a warning to “Transneft” AK” OJSC upon signs of violating the antimonopoly law - avoiding a contract for oil transportation services.

The warning was issued upon the results of investigating a petition of “TERRIGEN” Ltd. FAS confirmed the fact that actions (omissions) by “Transneft” AK” OJSC had signs of avoiding a contract for oil transportation services without any economic or technological justification (Clause 5 Part 1 Article 10 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”).
