The rating outlook was changed from stable to positive. The positive outlook means high probability of upgrading the rating in the mid-term.

Low unconditional liabilities and the low capital multiplier had a positive impact on the Fund rating. Reliability of the Fund's investments, the moderately high share of sureties under loans partially secured with real estate, high coverage of off-balance liabilities with liquid assets and the Fund's conservative approach to sharing borrower-related credit risks with partner banks were also highlighted.

Concentration of provided sureties on major partners and insufficient investment portfolio diversification have a negative impact on the rating.
