OREANDA-NEWS. The MobileStore Limited has seen phenomenal growth in the last year with Mr Abhishek Gupta as the Chief Marketing Officer. His efforts were recognised at the 22nd edition of the World Brand Congress held on October 22, 2013 organised by CMO Asia and World Brand Congress.

Mr Gupta received recognition as one of the 25 Most Outstanding Marketing Professionals of India for the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies for The MobileStore Limited. The theme of the event was “Sustainable Brands” and a very crucial role was played by Mr Gupta in making The MobileStore a sustainable brand with successes like 'EMI for all' and The MobileStore Lounge.

The citation was presented to Mr Gupta by Mr Donovan Neale-May, Executive Director, CMO Council. Strategic perspective, future orientation, track record, compliance, integrity, ethics, ability to foster sustainability and marketing competencies were the criteria adopted by the jury to recognise the 25 outstanding marketing professionals.

Mr Gupta leads TMS's brand strategy and communication across all customer touch points along with driving strategic loyalty initiatives. With over 14 years of experience, Mr Gupta has worked with renowned retail brands like Bharti Retail Limited where, as the Head - Store Experience, he was instrumental in launching the brand Easyday in India. He was also responsible for several key contributions in retail during his term in Spencer's Retail and Shoppers Stop.
