OREANDA-NEWS. 'Expert RA' rating agency changed 'RTS-Bank' rating outlook from developing to stable. The stable outlook means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term. The creditworthiness rating remained unchanged at A, which means high credit solvency, the third sub-level.

The outlook revision is due to the stable growth in the Bank's loan portfolio and its quality improvement. The former developing outlook was due to the uncertain performance of the business model selected by the Bank.
