The outlook is stable.

The high quality of risk management and the investment process, excellent asset management results and a broad customer base had a positive impact on 'VTB Capital Investments Management' rating. High capital adequacy in relation to operating costs, high profitability for 2012, low infrastructural risks, high financial disclosures and the broad geographic footprint also influenced the rating positively.
