OREANDA-NEWS. The Government has supported elaborated jointly by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and State Agency for Export Control draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which envisages making changes to the national List of dual-use goods which can be used in creation of rocket weapon.

Approving of the document shall afford to bring the national List to compliance with an analogous list of goods of the Regime of control over rocket technologies agreed in 2012 by the states participants of this regime including Ukraine.

Changes which are included into the national List of goods concern precising of characteristics of principal parts of rockets, turbojet and turbofan engines, wind tunnels etc.

“Approving of the resolution will give opportunity to carry out export control over international transition of the mentioned dual-use goods at the level and in amounts coordinated by the states participants of this Regime in 2012 and facilitate strengthening of international image of Ukraine as a state that absolutely fulfills its international liabilities,” director of the department of defence and security of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade Petro Nebotov.
