The ceremony held at the Central Gathering Station at the R. Trebs oilfield was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich, the Governor of the Nenets Autonomous District Igor Fedorov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSFC Sistema Vladimir Evtushenkov, the President of Lukoil Vagit Alekperov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bashneft Felix Evtushenkov, the President of Bashneft Alexander Korsik and the General Director of LLC Bashneft-Polyus Vladimir Nesterenko.
