OREANDA-NEWS. Mitsubishi Motors Corporation's (MMC) New Zealand subsidiary, Mitsubishi Motors New Zealand (MMNZ), was recognized for superior customer service with the CRM Consulting Contact Centre Award for 2013 in the under 50 staff category, given by CRM Consulting Limited.

The CRM Contact Centre Awards were introduced to New Zealand in 1997 to measure the quality of service delivered by contact centers over the telephone and internet, and to raise awareness of the impact this has upon their image. MMNZ's team was named winner of the transport/travel sector of the Awards in 2011 and 2012, and placed third overall in the under 50 staff category in 2012.

MMNZ's customer service group consists of nine staff, dedicated to "customer first" and high standards. The staff's thorough knowledge and sincerity and honesty with customers were redeemed with this award.

In addition to working towards customer satisfaction by responding to all customer inquiries quickly, precisely, friendly, and sincerely, MMC utilizes valuable customer feedback to improve its products.
