OREANDA-NEWS. The Committee for Interaction with Minority Shareholders of Sberbank has held its meeting in Krasnoyarsk.

Anton Danilov-Danilyan, Chairman of the Committee for Interaction with Minority Shareholders of Sberbank was the moderator of the event. During the meeting Anton Karamzin, Senior Vice President of Sberbank, spoke about the current standing of Sberbank. Separately, he focused on the topic of adopting a new Development Strategy of Sberbank of Russia, the work on which has moved into the final stage, and the financial results of the Bank for the nine months under RAS. Andrey Kuznetsov, Strategist at Sberbank Investment Research, gave an update on financial market trends.

During the Q&A session Anton Karamzin and Anastasia Belyanina, Head of Investor relations, gave clarifications on the current activities of Sberbank of Russia and topics such as its positioning in the international market and dividend policy.

In a video conference, organized as part of the event, shareholders of Sberbank from Norilsk, Kansk, Achinsk, Zheleznogorsk and other Siberian cities also took part.

The Committee for Interaction with Minority Shareholders of Sberbank of Russia is an advisory and consultative body. The functioning of the Committee is aimed at effective interaction with minority shareholders of the Bank.
