OREANDA-NEWS. Vladivostok branch of the Bank of Moscow has recently signed the line of credit agreement with the budget enterprise of the Primorsky territory "Integrated directorate for facilities construction in the Primorsky territory" (KPPK "Primorkraistroy") in the amount of 1, 032 billion rubles. In terms of the contract Bank of Moscow shall finance the costs for construction of the territorial Medical center under execution of the state agreement, concluded with the Primorsky territorial Department of urban planning.

Alternatively, the Bank has provided the KPPK "Primorkraistroy" with a bank guarantee in the amount of 0,5 billions rubles under the construction agreement for the water conduct to Russky Island. Bank participation shall encourage completion of the construction and commissioning of the facilities, ensuring comprehensive operation of the housing and public utilities facilities at Russky Island.

KPPK "Primorkraistroy" is a state public unitary enterprise acting as a property developer during the construction of the project to be financed by the federal or territorial budgets, as well as in terms of the "Development of the Vladivostok city as an international cooperation center Asia Pacific region" sub-program implementation. Primorsky territory is the enterprise founder.
