OREANDA-NEWS. IBA Group participated in Ukrainian Transport Infrastructure Forum 2013 as the event’s sponsor. Supported by Olexander Vilkul, Ukraine’s Vice Prime Minister, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, and Adam Smith Conferences, the forum was held in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The event was focused on the government strategy of transport infrastructure development and creation of a mechanism to attract private sector investment in transport infrastructure.

Opening the event, Mr. Vilkul addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He said: "Ukraine is open for public private partnerships and for private investment in transport infrastructure. Today's forum is a very good platform to exchange views and work out specific projects and contracts."

Representatives of the Ukrainian government, European and international financial institutions, and expert panels, as well as the executives of Ukrainian companies involved in the transport and logistics sector attended the event.

At the IBA Group stand, the joint team of IBA Ukraine, IBA Minsk, and IBA IT Park provided professional consultations about the IBA projects and solutions for the transport and logistics industry. In addition, IBA Group held a number of meetings with representatives of Ukrainian transport companies.
