OREANDA-NEWS. Belagroprombank has successfully passed the certification audit of the quality management system in development and delivery of retail banking services. The certification audit was conducted by TUV Thuringen, one of the most reputable certification bodies in the world, and demonstrated that the quality management system of the bank's retail banking services is in compliance with the requirements of the international ISO 9001:2008 standard. The representative of TUV Thuringen handed over the certificate to Vladimir Podkovyrov, Chairman of the Board of Belagroprombank, during the solemn ceremony dedicated to the Bank's 22nd anniversary.

"Obtaining the international quality certificate has placed Belagroprombank in the same league with the largest international corporations. Besides, it poses on the bank additional responsibility towards its customers and assumes flawless adherence to service quality standards. In future Belagroprombank will endeavor to broaden the range of scope of application of ISO 9001 standard requirements by means of incorporating therein, along with delivery of retail services, for example, corporate business, relationship with other financial institutions, matters of internal organization of the bank's activity etc. Beyond doubt, the plans for improving the system management will be successfully implemented by employees of Belagroprombank who, according to the representatives of the independent certification body TUV Thuringen, are a close-knit team of professionals capable to achieve the highest goals of the bank business" - stated Henadz Sysoeu, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC Belagroprombank.

It is worthwhile noting that in 2010 Belagroprombank was the first bank in Belarus to obtain the certificate of compliance of the quality management system for retail banking services with the requirements of the STB ISO 9001 national standard. Today the Bank has the certificate of the quality management system compliance recognized in the international System of voluntary certification TUV International Certification. This will enable Belagroprombank to find more efficient solutions for all kinds of tasks - from competitive growth of services delivered to expansion of proper customer base.
