The rating outlook changed from stable to positive. The positive outlook means high probability of upgrading the rating in the mid-term.

The low capital multiplier and high coverage of off-balance liabilities with liquid assets were regarded as the key factors positive for the Fund rating. The Agency's analysts also highlighted low unconditional liabilities.

High depreciation of the Fund's investments and moderately high concentration of provided sureties on major partners restrained the Fund rating.
