The rating outlook is stable, which means high probability of maintaining the rating in the mid-term. The Bank used to have rating A, which means high credit solvency, with the stable outlook.

Improvement of the Bank's business profitability and reduction in the credit risk concentration on the major borrower became the key factors for upgrading the rating.

'Expert RA' analysts highlight the Bank's high reliance on the major lenders' funds, business concentration in one region and low coverage of off-balance credit liabilities with highly liquid assets as the key rating-restraining factors.
