OREANDA-NEWS. Sergey Kogogin, General Director of OJSC KAMAZ, introduced a new director of JSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant, a subsidiary of KAMAZ in Bashkortostan, - Nikolay Pronin – to the employees of the company.

The new general director of JSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant has set himself a strategic task to create a center at JSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant to develop and produce special equipment of the whole corporation. This will increase production and expand the range of products. Sergey Kogogin stressed that the employees of JSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant were ready to be responsible for that activity both technologically and professionally.

The workers of the plant know Nikolay Pronin very well. As Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant and Deputy General Director of OJSC KAMAZ on Special Equipment, he frequently visited the factory and was aware of everything happening there.

Rais Malikov, the former longtime director of JSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant, has got the position of Mr. Pronin’s adviser.

Nikolay Pronin graduated from the Kazan State University named after V.I.Ulyanov-Lenin in 1997 with honors. Being a student, he began to work as a marketing consultant at the Kazan Scientific and Technical Center of International Joint Stock Company Fort Dialogue and a securities expert at Voucher Investment Fund Investfond-Dialogue. In 1997 he became the managing director of OAO Dialogue Investments (Investment Company, Kazan), since 1998 he has been on the position of General Director of OAO Dialogue Investments, then OOO Dialogue Consulting. From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Pronin worked as Strategic Adviser to General Director of OJSC KAMAZ, since 2012 he has been Deputy General Director of OJSC KAMAZ for Special Equipment. In October 1, 2013 he was appointed General Director of JSC Neftekamsk Automobile Plant.
