Uniastrum Bank Announces Staff Appointment
OREANDA-NEWS. Dmitri Danilin was previously Deputy Head of Uniastrum’s Financial Division. A graduate of the Russian Government Financial University, Dmitri went on to gain an MBA, as well as IFRS reporting qualifications from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has considerable experience in management and financial planning, as well as in Russian and international reporting standards.
Before joining the Financial Division in April 2011, Dmitri worked for over five years at OTP Bank, holding various positions in its IFRS reporting department. In 2003-2004, he worked at IRS Bank.
“Dmitri has been with us for more than two years now, and we know him to be a high-caliber, seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of the financial sphere and sound management skills,” notes Lidia Bormashova, acting Chairman of Uniastrum’s Management Board.
Uniastrum’s outgoing CFO, Dmitri Vareshin, is stepping down from his duties in order to join Trust Bank.
“We would like to thank Dmitri Vareshin for his contribution while at Uniastrum, during which time he showed himself to be an effective manager and specialist in financial planning, and wish him all the best with his career,” says Uniastrum President Gagik Zakaryan.
