OREANDA-NEWS. Today, on 15 October 2013 AS Ekspress Grupp together with the private limited company Suits Meedia submitted a notification of concentration to the Estonian Competition Authority regarding acquisition of shared dominant influence on public limited companies SL Ohtuleht, Ajakirjade Kirjastus and Express Post. Obtaining permit from the Estonian Competition Authority is a main prerequisite for conducting the concentration. In the process of concentration, OU Suits Media purchases the shares in the public limited companies SL Ohtuleht, Ajakirjade Kirjastus and Express Post from AS Ekspress Grupp after AS Ekspress Grupp has acquired the shares from AS Eesti Meedia according to the Shareholders Agreements between the parties. OU Suits Meedia and AS Ekspress Grupp have concluded a corresponding letter of intent on 15 October 2013. In the process of concentration, AS Ekspress Grupp will not transfer shares currently owned by the company.The sole shareholder of OU Suits Media is AS Giga, whose sole shareholder through a holding company is Janek Veeber.
