OREANDA-NEWS. Pulkovo Airport has launched a set of commercial services for the VIP-passengers under the “Service” Program. The VIP-lounge has an independent entrance and is located in the right part of the “Departure” zone at Pulkovo-2 Terminal. The lounge is intended for both departing and arriving passengers of the international flights.

The VIP-lounge provides services ensuring the maximum comfort for the passengers. The lounge agents meet the passengers' cars at the independent entrance, provide an individual check-in for the flight, and take passengers to the aircraft or from the aircraft using the designated transport. The clients of the lounge have the possibility to pass an individual pre-flight inspection, customs clearance and passport control. In addition, the departure lounge of enhanced comfort waits for the passengers where they are serviced “welcome-drink” at their choice.

The VIP-lounge has been opened by Northern Capital Gateway LLC, the Airport Operator, as part of the set of measures directed toward improvement of the passenger handling quality and enhancement of their comfort level.

The cost of services at the VIP-lounge begins with 7 670 rubles and varies depending on the number of the requested services.
