UIA Officially Partnered Solo Exhibition in Vilnius
OREANDA-NEWS. Ukraine International Airlines carried masterpieces by Ivan Marchuk, Ukrainian artist, on its scheduled flight from Ukraine to Vilnius. Paintings by outstanding genius of contemporary art will be exhibited at the artist's solo exhibition held in the capital of Lithuania.
UIA carried valuable cargo - masterpieces by Ivan Marchuk, an honorary member of the Scientific Council of the International Academy of Modern Art, a member of the Golden Guild and the only Ukrainian listed among the 100 living geniuses, the painter himself and two members of his creative team - on PS-coded scheduled PS181 Kiev - Vilnius flight on Thursday, October 10, 2013.
The renowned Ukrainian artist's solo exhibition will be held in the Radziwill Palace - a subsidiary of the National Art Museum of Lithuania - between October 17 and December 15, 2013. The exhibition will consist of 70 paintings representing all ten periods of Ukrainian painter's creative genius. Works from Voice of My Soul and A Glance into Infinity will become the show's central pieces.
Notably, the exhibition coincides with the timing of Ukraine - EU Vilnius Summit. So, the residents of Lithuania, EU leaders, government officials and representatives of the member-countries of this reputable international organization will be able to get acquainted with Marchuk's rich artistic heritage and unique worldview system.
