OREANDA-NEWS. Since the beginning of this year (as of October 1), 1140 entities are registered in Ukraine, of which: 776 individual entrepreneurs and 364 legal entities, who during registration noted food production as the main type of the activity.

Second year in a row the production of bread and bakery products, pastry goods and semiperishable cakes occupy a leader place in this field.

In the last and current years it was registered almost the same number of businesses in this category and it indicates the stable development of the baking industry in Ukraine: 295 individual entrepreneurs and 61 legal entities in 2012 and 306 individual entrepreneurs and 48 legal entities this year.

However, domestic entrepreneurs have begun more actively do unpopular by this time business, production of tea and coffee. Although in this area there were only 15 entities (10 individual entrepreneurs and 5 legal entities).
