We urge you never to provide information when you receive an e-mail or log in to your Internet Bank and are requested to input several codes from you Digipass signature calculator, specify your payment card number or expiry date, your PIN, or any other private data that are not usually requested.

Please keep in mind that the Bank will never send you e-mails to initiate security checks, verify your data, or otherwise request your personal data.
