OREANDA-NEWS. UCO Bank, a Public Sector Bank, had launched Grand Festive Offer for financing Home Loan and Car Loans with 100% waiver of Processing Charges upto 31st December,2013. Now, the Bank has extended the offer period upto 31st January, 2014. Bank has also extended this facility of 100% waiver of processing charges for loans under UCO Shopper Scheme for financing consumer durables.

Earlier, the Bank had reduced the Housing Loan rate of interest from 10.50% to 10.20% for all categories of Housing Loans and Car loan interest from 10.75% to 10.45%. Now for financing consumer durables Bank offers reduced rate of interest at 12.20%. For salaried class borrowers with salary tie-up arrangement, Bank has offered further reduction in rate of interest by 100 basis points i.e. at 11.20%.

These initiatives will go a long way in satisfying consumer needs while boosting Bank's Retail Business growth.
